Aura Ayurvedic Clinic ERP is a complete clinic and business management software designed specifically for Ayurvedic clinics, wellness centers, hospitals, and multi-branch healthcare businesses.

This software was founded and developed by Amal Raj under Santhimadom Company after facing major challenges managing ERP and CRM systems across multiple clinic branches. Many existing ERP systems were either:

• Not user-friendly
• Too expensive for small and growing businesses

Aura was created with the vision of providing a simple, affordable, modern, and user-friendly ERP solution for businesses ranging from startups to large healthcare enterprises.

• Every new customer will receive 90 Days Free Access to the software.
• During the free trial period, users can access available features and modules without subscription charges.
• Aura reserves the right to modify or limit trial features when necessary.

• After the 90-day free trial period, subscription charges will apply.
• The starting subscription plan begins at ₹399 + GST per month.

Pricing may vary based on:

• Number of branches
• Number of users
• Additional modules
• Custom development requirements

Aura reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Managing authorized employee access
• Ensuring proper and accurate data entry
• Using the platform legally and ethically

Any misuse, unauthorized access, or illegal activity may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account.

Aura supports multi-branch business operations. The Super Admin or authorized business owner is responsible for:

• Managing branch access permissions
• Creating and controlling staff roles
• Monitoring branch-wise operational access
• Managing data visibility across branches

Aura provides:

• Call Support
• Chat Support

Our support team assists users with onboarding, troubleshooting, software guidance, and operational support.

Aura values business privacy and patient data security. We implement reasonable security measures to protect:

• Patient records
• Billing information

Users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and authorized system access.

Aura may periodically release:

• Security updates

Aura Ayurvedic Clinic ERP is a cloud-based software platform. While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, temporary downtime may occur due to:

• Server maintenance
• Technical upgrades
• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party service interruptions

Aura reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Subscription payments are overdue
• Terms & Conditions are violated
• Unauthorized activities are detected
• The platform is misused in any unlawful manner
